At Studio S Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at studioandsbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
